Protecting your personal data matters to us. We only process personal data within the framework of the statutory provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).
5finders is a private project under construction. No goods are currently sold, no services are provided and no payments are processed via this website. You can use the website without providing any personal data.

3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO. When you visit the website, the following data is automatically stored in server log files:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Date and time of the server request
- IP address (shortened)
This data is not merged with other data sources and is only stored for as long as necessary for secure and stable operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Contact form and email
If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (for example name, email address and message) to answer your request. The form data is sent to us by email. We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it once the request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your request aims at a future contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
5. Cookies and consent
We use the consent tool Complianz. We set technically necessary cookies on the basis of § 25 (2) TDDDG. We only use all other cookies and similar technologies with your consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Your choice is stored in a cookie. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie icon or the page Cookie Policy.
6. Google Analytics and Google Tag (Site Kit)
Via the Site Kit plugin we embed the Google Tag for Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use Google’s consent mode: without your consent no analytics cookies are set, but Google may receive technically necessary, cookieless signals (for example from the page request). With your consent, pseudonymous usage data is collected to analyze the use of the website. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG.
Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Google is certified under the EU US Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of which an adequate level of data protection exists (Art. 45 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
7. Fonts
We serve the fonts of our page layout from our own server. Some add on tools may still load fonts from servers of Google Ireland Limited, in which case your IP address is transmitted. We are switching these fonts to local delivery.
8. Shop (in preparation)
For a future scene shop, the shop software SureCart (SureCart LLC, USA) is integrated. The shop is under construction: no orders can be placed and no payments are processed. Order and payment data is currently not processed. We will update this policy before launch.
9. Appointment requests
For appointment requests we use the booking system LatePoint. The data entered is stored on the server of this website and used exclusively to handle the request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
10. Accessibility tool
We use the assistive tool Eye-Able by Web Inclusion GmbH. It lets you adjust, for example, contrast, font size and a read aloud function. Technical connection data is processed in the process; your settings remain stored locally in your browser. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our interest in an accessible website.
11. Customer area (in preparation)
The customer area is under construction. We only create accounts by hand on request; there is no self registration. Contact details and your requests are processed. No invoicing or payments take place.
12. Storage period
We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. After that, it is deleted.
13. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

14. Encryption
For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.
15. Changes
We will update this privacy policy as soon as the operation of the website, the services used or the legal requirements change.
